Updated introduction to the low carbon economy and 350 PPM

As part of our drive to improve the research output here at 350 PPM, we have redone our previously released introduction to climate change, the Paris Agreement, the low carbon economy and 350 PPM.  For those who read the previous version, the content is unchanged, but the presentation has been updated, hopefully making it a more pleasant experience to read.  The research team is also currently working on some brand new research; we hope to bring this to you soon.
